SHIPPING
In Australia all orders are dispatched within 48 hours via Australia Post standard postage. Parcels will usually take between 1 to 5 days to reach designated areas depending on where in Australia you are.
Those who use express postage can be expected to arrive between 24 to 48 hours after dispatched.

Out of Australia all orders are dispatched within 48 hours via international shipping and can be expected to arrive between 7 to 14 days express postage and shipping should arrive within seven days due to the coronavirus and the impact it’s having on the postal systems.

Returns
All returns will need to be made within 30 days of purchase. We’re more then happy to exchange or to offer store credit on items that are faulty or don’t fit as long as they’re in original packaging and without make up or any other marks on them we’ll gladly assist in taking them back! For any changes of mind, we’re sorry but we cannot take them back so please choose carefully before purchasing and if you have any questions please ask, girl!
We can’t take back any any lingerie, underwear, swimwear, piercings etc. for obvious health and hygiene reasons.
Store credit
Can be purchased through the checkout system for designated amounts.
Store credits have a NON expiry period so they WILL last the duration of us being around! So if you can’t find something straight away that you like, no need to hurry or worry! Wait until you find your beautiful piece and then make a purchase!
