What if something I want is out of stock?
Don’t fret pet we’re always on top of things and be sure we’ve put in an order and have your favourites coming back in. Big picture, you won’t have to wait long before we can send your order your way. for orders already placed 5 to 7 days is an acceptable time periods wait.
How long will my order take to reach me?
With the coronavirus a present issue at the moment all parcel deliveries are taking longer and you can find more accurate advice on this In the shipping pages
How long does store credit last?
store credits never run out and will always be able to be used whenever you find something you want.
Can I return a sale item?
No, all sale items are final sale and can’t be returned unfortunately so please choose carefully and if you have any questions ask before you buy!
What if my order doesn’t fit or I don’t like it any more?
If what you purchased doesn’t fit, then there’s no problem with you returning it through our easy to process returns centre as long as items are in original packaging and have no make up or marks, we will happily take them back and issue with a store credit babes!
There are no money refunds.
If it’s something you’ve decided you don’t want any more then unfortunately, we can’t it take it back. So if you have any questions about an item before you decide to checkout, hit us up!
All returns are to be made within a 30 day period from the time you purchased the item.
Intimates, swimwear, piercings etc., of any kind can’t be returned due to health and hygiene reasons which I’m sure you can appreciate!
